Bias? What bias
Bias exists on all levels, within all people. In fact Dialectical Behavioral Therapy even goes to point out that people with power over you, do not need to agree with your view generally will not listen to you. It's not always on purpose and once confirmation bias takes a hold of people it's difficult to change their minds (over time, reinforcement will strengthen their position)
