Legal Case Law Research

Free legal research for your case and help defend your arguments
What is case law?  It's cases that have been decided in prior rulings that you can use to help defend your case, search the actual issue you are experiencing in order to pull similar case rulings. Make sure to reference the entire case string in your filed documents and be ready to verbally defend your choice, how it applies to your case and how the case law should affect supporting your case.  In an extreme high conflict case, only share what the opposing side is willing to.  Stay open to any negotiations to lessen prolonged litigation.
